MAKE AN ALL-IN-ONE PLATFORM

Create a “one-stop-shop” where an instructor can manage various aspects of their course at the same time. The instructor needs a place where they can see at a glance learner success rate, enrollment, course staffing, bulk messaging and other data.

Design

Process

As a product team, we split the process into sprints.

In each sprint (see the diagram below) we looked into different aspects of our design process, while keeping in mind the main target of building an all-in-one dashboard. This dashboard needed to have all the instructor's data in one place and present relevant outcomes and actions. At the same time it needed to be easy to understand and adjustable enough to fit an instructor's needs. We interviewed our users, conducted research on different kinds of dashboards and produced our best solution for the problem.

THE OUTCOME

AND THE NEXT STEPS

Since creating this type of dashboard takes time we released an initial set of features so far.

This dashboard is still evolving and developing, similar to the needs of our instructors.
