Producteev gives you the ability to create and manage to-do lists, assign tasks to yourself as well as your network, and get real-time updates on statuses and projects.
Producteev was my first project at Jive Software. I joined an already established team of developers and one talented PM Mor Avital and we started to work on the Producteev Plugin for Microsoft Outlook as well as the Producteev onboarding tour.
The idea behind the plugin was to give our users a one-stop-shop for tasks. As they’re writing an email, they can create, manage and assign tasks seamlessly inline. We brought the functionality to where they are most comfortable, thus increasing usage and adoption.
We gave it a fresh yet integrated look, blending it into the Outlook UI, and released it internally to get feedback from our toughest critics - Jivers!
